L.E.A.P is a Middle management Capabilities development program, dedicated for selected Rich's people managers in SEA business units.
This program aims to:
- Equip participants with foundational day-to-day management knowledge through e-learning activities;
- Provide opportunities for participants to apply knowledge on-the-job to develop skills and improve work performance;
- Create opportunities to enhance learning culture among teams and functions.
