P&O is an objectives setting and performance review tool, which has been used at Rich's for years. The results of this process is for Pay & benefits review and building development plan for associates, as well as creating a succession plan for our organization.  

From 2019, this process is digitalized  on AC - Associate Central, to make it more convenience for associates to set and manage their own objectives. 

This course will guide you how to make the best of the system to set objectives and manage them effectively.
